Right of Withdrawal, Return, and Complaints
Consumer
According to the Distance Contracts Act, a consumer has the right to withdraw their purchase within 14 days of receiving the item without having to provide any specific reason. When invoking the right of withdrawal/open purchase, you as the customer are responsible for the cost of return shipping, as well as for any transport damages that may occur during the return of the item.
Conditions for Open Purchase and Returns
The right of withdrawal and returns does not apply to items with broken packaging.
How Returns Work
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you send your notice of withdrawal to Cykelåtervinning. We prefer that you send the notice via email to info@cykelåtervinning.se or through Cykelåtervinnings contact form. You are also welcome to call us.
You can also send the notice by post or email using the information provided in your order confirmation. If you wish, you can use the consumer agency's withdrawal form.

Cost of Return
As a customer, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Normally, Cykelåtervinning handles the return process once you have contacted us.
It is important that these points are met for your return to be approved:
You as a customer should be able to show that the product was purchased from Cykelåtervinning if requested. This can be done with, for example, a receipt or order confirmation.
To exercise your right of withdrawal in time, it is sufficient to send your notice within 14 days from receiving your item. The goods must be sent no later than 14 days after the day you notified Cykelåtervinning of your decision to exercise your right of withdrawal.
Refund
After Cykelåtervinning has received your notice of return, Cykelåtervinning will refund what you paid for the item. The refund will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date Cykelåtervinning received the items.
However, Cykelåtervinning has the right to wait with the refund until you have shown that you have returned the item. When refunding what you paid, any deduction may be made for the depreciation of the item, if the depreciation is due to you handling the item to a greater extent than is necessary to determine its characteristics or function or if the item has been damaged.
Cykelåtervinning uses the same payment method for the refund as you used for your purchase, unless we agree otherwise.
If You Do Not Pick Up Your Order
If you are not available at the delivery of your order, you will be charged for the costs incurred. This also applies to packages delivered to collection points that have not been collected. You will be charged return costs for each product group for uncollected packages that have been returned.
