Is your bicycle missing after a bicycle clear-out?

Has your bicycle been collected by us during a bicycle clear-out in your property?
Here you can report one or more missing bicycles, and we will help you identify them and get them back

How it works, step by step:

1) Fill in the form below

Enter your contact details, address, where the bicycle was located, and as much information as possible about the bicycle(s). Feel free to attach photos.

2) We search for your bicycle

We match your details with the bicycles we collected from the property. We photograph all bicycles. In some cases, bicycles are stored in different locations.

3) We contact you

When we find a bicycle that matches, we will contact you by text message (SMS) or email with an update and the next steps.

4) Collection at our shop on Maria Prästgårdsgata 14

In some cases, bicycles are stored at your property. If so, the person responsible will contact you.

Timeframe

Identification usually takes 3–10 business days, but may vary depending on the number of cases we have and where the bicycles are stored.

What we need from you?

To help us assist you as quickly as possible, it’s important that you:

  • provide both your residential address and the address/location where the bicycle was left,

  • enter the clear-out date (shown in the notice you should have received),

  • describe the bicycle as accurately as you can,

  • attach photos if you have them (ideally of the full bicycle, the lock, and any distinctive details).
    Examples of details that help us:

  • Brand and model

  • Colour and type of bicycle (women’s/men’s/hybrid/MTB/children’s/e-bike, etc.)

  • Type of lock and where it was attached

  • Distinctive features (e.g. child seat, basket, stickers/decals, damage)

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

How long can I report a missing bicycle?

We store bicycles for up to 6 months after a clear-out. After that, they may have been recycled or sold.

Can I report multiple bicycles at the same time?

Yes. In the form, you can select how many bicycles are missing and enter details for each one.

What happens if you can’t find my bicycle?

If, after reviewing the information, we cannot find a bicycle that matches your description, we will notify you. In some cases, we may ask for additional details or photos.
Sometimes a bicycle may have gone missing in another way during the period between the clear-out and when the missing bicycle was discovered, or it may already have been missing at the time of the clear-out.

Does it cost anything to get my bicycle back?

The identification and return of your bicycle are free of charge. Any potential costs (for example, if special arrangements are required) will always be communicated in advance.

Where are the bicycles stored?

Bicycles may be temporarily stored at different locations (such as a central storage area or a warehouse) before being transferred to our shop. This is why it’s important that you provide both the address where the bicycle was located and the clear-out date.
